Following the completion of National Highway No. 1, Taiwan Railways, and Taichung Port, and in response to the need for industrial development and decentralization, the Hsinchu County Industrial Park was planned near the center between Taichung Port and Keelung Port. It provides favorable conditions for new factories and helps prevent excessive concentration in metropolitan areas.

The park is transitioning from traditional to high-tech industries. With improved infrastructure, water and electricity supply, and communication systems, the Hsinchu County Government is committed to creating a high-quality industrial zone with comprehensive investment services, attracting both domestic and international companies.
