Our proactive service teams provide advisory and coordination in “Financial Facilitation,” “Technical Capacity Building,” “Market Promotion,” and “Labor & Employment.” Expert panels drawn from the Bankers Association, Joint Credit Guarantee Fund, SME Credit Guarantee Fund, CSD Development Center, China Productivity Center, Taiwan External Trade Development Council, and the Employment Service Center of the Workforce Development Agency work together to help SMEs secure new financing, extend existing loans, upgrade technologies, conduct R&D, market domestically and abroad, and address employment issues—ensuring they can overcome operational challenges and thrive.
